The book of Psalms is the Bible�s hymnal, an anthology of poetic prayers and praises composed during many centuries of worship in Israel. It�s a privilege to use these ancient words today. They express heartfelt truths; the psalmist has more than intellectual knowledge of our Lord, his heart has been touched by God�s redeeming grace.
I am thankful for parents and grandparents telling of the Lord's greatness and goodness 'from one generation to another'. Delight yourself in the Lord!

My fascination with the power of ‘thoughts made visible’ and the mystery of the word as a vehicle of communication has led me on a wonderful journey as I merge message and technique with watercolor, brush and pen into a finished piece. Each piece brings exploration, inspiration and discovery — on a concrete level as I work with my tools and experience; on a spiritual level as a passionate heart treasures God. My response to life’s journey is to work with words, be inspired by great texts, express the abstract more tangibly and ... listen ... for God's still, small, gentle voice within the cacophony of the ups and downs, joys and sorrows experienced. In this relationship God comes transforming, with hope-full and wonderful surprises!
