Precious Love� Julian of Norwich, c.1443, is considered one of the greatest English mystics. She wrote Revelations of Divine Love, based on 16 visions of Jesus. She claims she was �unlearned� but her writings show great depth of insight.

Christian mysticism is based on grace: the indwelling of the Trinity in the soul of mankind, a divine call to holiness & exquisite joy in God. She stressed that all is held in being by the love of God.

My fascination with the power of ‘thoughts made visible’ and the mystery of the word as a vehicle of communication has led me on a wonderful journey as I merge message and technique with watercolor, brush and pen into a finished piece. Each piece brings exploration, inspiration and discovery — on a concrete level as I work with my tools and experience; on a spiritual level as a passionate heart treasures God. My response to life’s journey is to work with words, be inspired by great texts, express the abstract more tangibly and ... listen ... for God's still, small, gentle voice within the cacophony of the ups and downs, joys and sorrows experienced. In this relationship God comes transforming, with hope-full and wonderful surprises!
